Review Dominos Mandeville, Manchester: Poor customer service/Rude employee.

I Tried placing a large birthday order this morning, April 10,2021 at Dominos Pizza Mandeville Manchester.

A male voice answered the phone and said yellow. I asked if this was dominions pizza? With an attitude his response was "Yes lady,thats what I just said". I replied "thats an unpleasant attitude sir and its a lovely day so please lighten up. He in tern replied: "I am busy cleaning up,so order if you a order". He then hong up in my ear before I could respond.

I did not call back, but rather called Pizza Hut, where the rep. was pleasant and more than happy to take my order.

As for Dominos, No customer will ever feel comfortable having a person with a nasty attitude catering there food. You guys have just lost a customer for life and if you continue down this path you will be loosing many more.
