Very Poor Customer Service
Good day
In this economy, a good business depends solely on good customer relationship and when you have a poor staff then it reflects very poorly on your administration.
Now, I went to the Sugar and Spice on Red Hills road to purchase lunch for myself and co-workers, and to order and pay for a birthday cake. the cashier was very disrespectful to me as a customer, and I held my composer in not responding to her fastiness and me getting rowdy and rude my self. I simple said to her that I would like to make a payment on a cake but I wish not to run my card twice, she in turn is going to say to me who is a buying customer that "Me never tell you to run your card two times lady", I found her answer to very impudent and I think your staff a lot more "Customer Service" training. I was very disturb because I didn't what I wanted and the fact that they can be talking and gallivanting so loudly and in front of customers, is beyond me. I think they need to understand that despite any situation, a customer always comes first.
