Poor Service
A shipment was made to Jamaica for door to door delivery. I was advised of the arrival and that I need to pick up. I enquired of the arrangements as it should be door to door but was told this was not the information shared by the agent Paul. Spoke to my relative who sent it and was advised that Paul forgot to tick door to door delivery on her receipt but he would update the local office with the information. Two weeks later, still no delivery and Paul has been threatening both me and my relative telling me that "a bet yuh affi guh pick it up" when I simply asked why it is taking so long to get a delivery that arrived over two (2) weeks ago.
Attempts to have it rectified by the company have proved futile. Poor customer service, and a supervisor who is always in a meeting. Yet, I am being encouraged to come and make the pick-up myself. I asked the individual who answered if they are willing to have an agent tarnish their reputation and apparently it was no bother to them and that if I don't pick up it will be sent to princess street for auctioning.
One would have thought that in the age of technology, companies would be more mindful of the people they employ to represent them.
WORST EXPERIENCE IN A VERY LONG TIME!
