Review Bad supervison

To who it may concern I was recently at the burger king in ironshore and I overheard a supervisor dealing with a employee in a way that was not appropriate,my concern is that a supervisor must know how to address an employee in the right manner,because I get to find out that most of the employees are leaving because some of the supervisor there ,I think you should look into this matter and deal with it right away
