I called in spoke to a representative who was very rude and didn't push out enough effort to help me as a costomer, she didn't ask for much information to see the issue i was having all she asked for was my name during the conversation a arguement developed when she tried to talk over me and wasn't listen to what i was enquiring about, i asked for a supervisor when i realised the discussion wasn't getting anywhere she hiss her teeth and ask me to hold, i hold the line she returned and said there's no supervisor available so she will have to take my information and have her supervisor give me a call back, i ask her what his her name she said "alisa hall" i asked what is the name of the supervisor that will provide the call back she state she is not able to provide that information i told her i don't need a call back as i wanted to know why a particular app was eating almost 900 of my mb, she still didn't ask for my phone number to look how i have been affected based on my situation i enquire if she was a supervisor or a floor support in which she paused and brand the call then hang up ... I called back spoke to an agent who assist in trying to resolve my issue still was satisfied ask for a supervisor "shereen" who assist in resolving the issue and giving a clear explanation enquire about the first agent that i spoke to, she wasn't seeing that in the system. Which means she gave me a wrong name
Now this is not how a customer is supposed to be treated and under the circumstances i will advised all my contacts of the situation and encourage them to switch to lime cheaper rates, cheaper bytes and cheaper calls.
