First let me say i really commend the efforts that you are listed online and you can be reached via telephone. but what if those numbers to reach you are so busy,what next? I have spent almost 15-20 minutes trying to get through on the phone but to no avail. Do you know how infuriating is it to try to get someone for 15-20 minutes on the phone. With the above said i implore you to give more options as it relates to prospective customer such as a whatsapp line and a email address. These options aid those who cannot get through via a straight phone and don't have 15-20 minutes to spare. A email Address and whatsapp number provide a platform for a message which you'll get and be able to respond. I really think that implementing these feature will aid you business to thrive.
