Review Error in bill product

I purchase a few items from mac meat orange street Thursday August 27,2020 under the name pam using my debit card.

I ordered 2 lb mixed parts I got chicken back
I ordered 2 lb rice no rice
I ordered 1lb bacon I got a slice fat it was pungent had to spray the entire house of the stench.
Other items coconut milk powder, red peas, magi chicken seasoning, franks,sugar, flour.
*need someone to collect the spoil bacon and return the rice. Thank you
