An exciting employment opportunity exists at an established and dynamic manufacturing company in Kingston for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team.

We value collaboration, and a positive work environment, and the successful applicant will coordinate the office operations of the range of administrative activities to ensure the efficient operations.

The position will also require the daily handling of basic accounting tasks encompassing  sales and receivables reports, invoicing, and demonstrated proficiency in accounting software.

The Coordinator will preferably possess proven experience in a similar role, coupled with strong organizational and multitasking skills and proven attention to detail.
