Job offer: Café Manager (K&S Caterers)

The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations of two Cafe locations; ensuring highqualityfood service, customer satisfaction, and profitability through efficient management. The idealcandidate will have strong leadership skills, food service experience, hospitality management skills andthe ability to provide oversight to multiple locations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of cafes at Spanish Town Hospital and Kingston Public Hospital;
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations;
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health department standards;
• Develop and implement menu plans, considering nutritional requirements and dietary restrictions;
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for both locations;
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer feedback;
• Collaborate with hospital administration to align café services with institutional needs;
• Implement and maintain quality control and sanitation procedures;
• Oversee cash management and financial reporting for both cafes;
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods;
• Implement marketing strategies to increase café patronage and revenue;
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities; and
• Adapt operations as needed to meet changing demands or circumstances.
