You will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision makers who are in charge of surplus hospital equipment.

 

 

Duties and Requirements

• Follow the suggested script that describes the service we provide.
• Obtain customer information including name, address and contact information for future follow-up and enter the information into the CRM.

Hours/Salary

• 15 to 20 hours per week (Not to exceed 4 hours daily)
• Monday - Thursday between 9:00 am-4:00 pm during the time zone assigned (EST, CST, PST, MST) 
• Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST only
• No weekends or evenings hours.
• Hourly rate of $4.00 (US Dollars) plus bonus for qualified leads
• Must have PayPal to receive payments.

 

Required Skills

• Prior experience making outgoing calls.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Written and Verbal Communication - Fluent in English.
• Computer literate – data entry skills.
• Telemarketing management experience a plus.

 

Computer System Requirements

• You must have a computer with enough memory and hard drive space to install the Vonage VOIP Phone System, ActivTrak system, and Outlook Email Program
• Minimum Windows version:  Windows 10
• Minimum Hard drive space:  250 GB
• Minimum Memory available:  8 GB
• Minimum RAM: 12 GB
• Internet speed up and down: 10 GB down and 5 GB up. A wired connection is needed, as WiFi is not consistent and may at times be insufficient.
