The incumbent is responsible for overseeing daily transactions, monitoring and analyzing accounting data to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire cost cycle and producing cost and inventory reports.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the reception of merchandise of the different Storerooms
- Coordinate the deliveries of merchandise to the different departments
- Send requisitions to replenish the stock for the general Storeroom
- Enter or supervise the posting all the reception of goods in the accounting software
- Enter or supervise the posting of inventories in the accounting software
- Enter or supervise the posting of requisitions from the different departments
- Hand over the invoices received to Accounts Payable
- Create new items and circulate the updated catalogue to the relevant areas
- Coordinate the physical inventory counts of the different shops
- Report all variances on inventories of the different shops
- Send the Report of Food & Beverage Cost
