Job offer: Line Chef (The MACAU Gaming Lounge and Bar)

The line chef will effectively and actively work and manage each station. They will also be expected to be knowledgeable about the company’s products and aim to provide quality meals of the highest standard in an a la carte setting. They will also need to ensure they are in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
