Job offer: Prep Chef (The MACAU Gaming Lounge and Bar)

The prep chef will be the first point of contact in the food preparation stage. They are expected to be knowledgeable about the company’s products and aim to provide quality meals of the highest standard. They should be able to read, understand, and produce items from different recipes. They will also be expected to follow proper storage procedures, and be knowledgeable of the food danger zone. They will also need to ensure they are in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
