Providing customers with quality service through their knowledge and expertise in mixology. They oversee the bar’s operations and ensure its smooth operation. They should also be skilled in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons

Responsibilities

• Providing quality customer service
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• Serving selected items to guests
• Keeping areas of work, tables and other areas to a high standard of cleansiness
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• Speak with guest to ensure satisfaction with drinks and service, and to respond to complaints
• Maintain contact with management, hosts/hostesses and other team members to ensure that drink and customer concerns are handled properly
• Provide accurate information to the customer
