Responsibilities

• Providing quality customer service.
• Taking orders.
• Serving food and beverages to guests.
• Keeping areas of work, tables and other areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Providing accurate wait time.
• Escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.
• Provide guests with menus.
• Speak with guest to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints.
• Maintain contact with kitchen team members, management, bartenders and other team members to ensure that dinning, drink and customer concerns are handled properly.
