Manage and grow customer accounts, focusing on satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling
Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service quality
Conduct strong follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are maximized
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast future opportunities
Update the CRM system with all customer interactions and sales activities
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
Assist in client onboarding, ensuring successful implementation of SaaS solutions
Perform market research to identify potential industries and clients
Network at industry events to connect with potential clients and stay updated on trends
Collaborate with the marketing department to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
Provide product development feedback based on customer interactions and market research
Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics
Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels
Requirements:
Bachelorâs degree in International relations, Public relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of SaaS products and technology.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Previous experience in sales or customer service (e.g., internships, part-time jobs) is a plus but not required
