Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems for effective financial management.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Manage the companyâs budgeting processes, including annual budgets and performance monitoring.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare financial forecasts and projections for business planning.
Analyze market trends and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including liabilities and investments.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, invoicing and inventory management.
Set up and oversee the companyâs finance IT system.
Manage vendor relationships.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and coordinate regulatory reporting.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and control the companyâs debt levels and credit.
Lead and develop the finance and inventory team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring effective communication with other departments.
Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or relevant role.
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficiency in using MS Office and financial management software for example SAP.
Ability to strategize and solve problems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
CPA is a strong advantage.
ACCA qualifications are a plus.
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
