Review of Glenrock Hotel

This place have a crappy service, they mucked up our reservation and had us standing there for half an hour calling abroad to get it sorted. There were cockroaches in the room, no meal services, just a fan in the room and the furnitures tacky. This place us a motel not a hotel. We stayed over the independent holiday, we didn't have a hot meal or breakfast, luckily we had bought our travelling kettle. We booked for 5 nights had to leave early without any refunds and was told we would get a free night when we stay with them again. That will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
