Job Presentation
  • Achieve maximum sales profitability, and effectively sell the company’s products to existing and future customers. Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Demonstrate product capabilities and services to existing customers and potential customers. Assist customers in the selection of the best suitable products to achieve their goals and objectives. Ensuring transparency, and adhering to ISRATECH and good Corporate Governance standards. Keep updated and organized information. Comply with the policies and procedures of the company. To maintain an orderly file and document processes of accepted sales transactions. This individual will also have a responsibility in maintaining all figures and report to the highest standards.


Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Attend and represent the company at Expos and Trade shows where necessary.
  • Maintaining equipment and chemical stock levels at the warehouse and in the vehicle.
  • Testing swimming pool water pH and chlorine levels.
  • Adding acid, chlorine, and other chemicals to correct pH levels.
  • Cleaning the swimming pool using authorized equipment.
  • Replacing globes in underwater light fittings.
  • Fixing cracks or leaks in the swimming pool structure.
  • Fitting and repairing pipes and plumbing for pools.
  • Servicing and fixing faulty pool cleaning equipment.
  • Completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management.
  • Pay courtesy calls to current and prospective customers
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints, capitalize on feedback
  • Outline the specifics of the products and demonstrate usage to the customers, which involves providing technical support
  • Ensure that proper filing and record keeping is being done
  • Manages complaints and determines new technical necessities from the final customer, interacting with Diversey’s Tam to establish a plan oriented to problem-solving.
  • Communicates all activities performed by competitors in the customer´s facilities and coordinates with the Manager & diversity team regarding the initiatives to be implemented.
  • Cooperates with new projects within customers´ facilities, determining the expected investment level for equipment and technical materials. Following guidelines from the manager ensures that the profitability goal is aligned with the master plan.
  • Detects and activates new business opportunities and raises all necessary information to present value-added proposals to the final customers. Provide inputs to the Manager and Team to generate Net Sales in every managed account.
  • Performs audits for all applications to improve Isratech´s performance and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Supervises all aspects related to inventory management in coordination with the Manager: purchase orders, on-time deliveries, and quality assurance. Communicates if malpractices have been happening in the place
  • Coordinates with Diversey´s TAM representative to fulfill Diversey’s Technical Service Model according to regional guidelines. Assures a solid and consistent delivery to final customers attended.
  • Any other duties assigned.
