- We are looking for an organized and reliable Filing Clerk to manage and maintain our filing system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sorting, organizing, and filing documents, ensuring that all records are easily accessible and well-maintained. Responsibilities
- Sort and categorize incoming documents according to established filing systems.
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible.
- File and retrieve documents as needed, ensuring proper organization for quick retrieval.
- Scan, copy, and store documents in the appropriate digital or physical format.
- Review files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
- Label and index files accurately to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist in managing confidential and sensitive documents according to company privacy policies.
- Purge outdated or unnecessary files in accordance with retention policies.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies related to filing systems (e.g., folders, binders, labels).
- Support team members with document retrieval and filing tasks as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, mailing, and distributing documents.
