- The Marketing Manager is responsible for adapting the commercial and company strategy into solid end-to-end marketing plans focused on delivering marketing programs to drive fixed or mobile market share and revenue objectives. The role will also collaborate with sales, commercial, and communications teams to provide the most compelling campaigns and enhance brand positioning in the market. Consumer insight acumen, marketing skills, and digital competencies are critical.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end marketing executions across cross-functional teams, including advertising, brand communications, and digital execution, to deliver an integrated customer journey that is both efficient and effective.
- Implement the consumer marketing activities through end-to-end campaigns in all available channels: paid, organic, and owned platforms, as well as all sales channels (store, digital, and telesales).
- Spearhead the planning and execution of on-ground events in collaboration with external agencies, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Demonstrate clear understanding of the commercial objectives and targets
- Manage the allocated budget and expenses against commercial objectives and targets
- Monitor and track ROI of all marketing campaigns.
- Know how to leverage analytics data, digital trends, user behaviors, and competitive audit evaluations to inform marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute advertising in support of the annual marketing plan.
- Handle the day-to-day operations of agency projects, including creative briefing and job execution.
