Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role as a Unit Manager at Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited Montego Bay Branch as well as our other 8 Branches Island wide. The Unit Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of insurance professionals, and ensure efficient and effective service delivery. They will also contribute to strategic planning, performance monitoring, and client relationship management.
