Job Presentation
  • The Talent Acquisition-Recruitment, Senior Associate, is responsible for executing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer. This position requires a strong background in recruiting and knowledge of the labor market. Additionally, the role will work closely with the KPMG US onshore teams to design, develop, plan, and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies. These strategies support the goals of attracting, retaining, and growing the pool of qualified US candidates.


Responsibilities
•Assist in the strategizing, development and execution of full life cycle recruiting projects•Leverage the use of an Applicant Tracking System and/or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Job Boards to achieve and exceed recruitment targets•Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees•Assist in developing and tracking measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable•Execute continuous improvement goals•Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives•Administrative duties and recordkeeping•Communication- Delivering clear, effective communication and taking responsibility for understanding others.•Customer Service- Demonstrating a commitment to public service, serving internal and external customers while holding oneself accountable for quality outcomes.•Collaboration & Teamwork- Working cooperatively with others, inside and outside the organization, to accomplish objectives. Building and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships, while leveraging information and achieving results.•Stakeholder Management- Capable of building strong professional relationships with the ability to influence all levels across the organization•Recruitment– Understands and demonstrates knowledge of HR concepts, principles, and practices related to identifying, attracting, and selecting individuals and placing them in positions to address changing organizational needs•Influence & Negotiation- Uses persuasion to gain the support and cooperation from stakeholders, leadership team, colleagues, support staff, and other parties to achieve the desired course of action consistent with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives•Strategic Thinking- Supports organizational goals and objectives in accordance with strategic and/or operations plans.

Skills
Strong leadership ability
Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgement skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to exercise appropriate judgment in executing tasks without supervision
