Job Presentation
  • The  Regional Site Coordinator will be responsible for managing towers and rooftops portfolio. Responsibilities include integration, and maintenance of new and existing towers, rooftops, and tenant installations.


Responsibilities
  • Interface with Sales Manager and operators in the leasing, site design and installation processes.
  • Establish and maintain daily project plans for multiple contracts as required; work directly with clients with support from internal and external resources.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and close out all required accounting requirements for each project including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice approvals, etc.
  • Review and recommend tenant installation configurations on tower and in compound.
  • Corrective maintenance scheduling derived from inspections and direct reports from operators, contractors, and owners.
  • Keep updated information systems, databases, maintenance reports and automated project controls.
  • Custody of the physical records of existing sites.
  • Validate that the delivery of the projects complies with the requirements established in the project planning and request pertinent actions in case there are discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal regulations and federal, state, and local safety, environmental, and zoning code conditions. Ref.: Civil Aviation Regulations on Tower Lighting and Painting.
  • Facilitate inspections of towers and buildings, as needed.
  • Resolution of access problems that cannot be executed by the Network Operation Center (NOC).
  • Coordinate projects requiring relocation, modification, consolidation, site decommissioning, safety compliance, site improvements, etc. as required.
  • Provide support or assistance to the Mergers & Acquisitions department by conducting infrastructure audits of assets under consideration for purchase or site management opportunities.
  • Preparation of project status reports and reports as required.
